Module 1: Gut Health Videos and Guide

This module is what you really don’t want to miss. It will explain you details of the importance of the digestive system, why do you have certain symptoms and how you can take care of it. 

The guide will act as reckoner for your reference and how-to’s for certain issues related to gut like bloating, indigestion, constipation, food sensitivities.

Module 2: Women's Health

This module is what every women need to know! I will talk about period cycle, menopausal health, thyroid issue like hypothyroid, hashimotos thyroiditis, hormones, insulin resistance, diabetes, pre diabetes, fat loss  gut and hormones, basically everything about hormonal well being.

The guide will talk about how-to’s for pms, healthy period
cycle, hormone balance and fat loss.

Module 3: Practical Lifestyle Lessons

Here I will be talking and explaining what are the major issues of lifestyle, routines, common obstacles I have seen and how you can incorporate certain simple, easy and flexible ways to sustain the lifestyle changes. You have to listen to this.

Module 4: Mindful Eating and Stress Management

Here I will explain you about mindful eating, certain behavioural issues around food, guilt, fear, overeating, emotional eating, boredom eating, food cravings and how to overcome them.

Also I will talk about stress management, managing emotions and a guide is provided on same.

Note: The purpose of the modules and guides is to offer you complete understanding based on which practising routines and habits will become easier for your mind.

I started my journey with Nisha almost six months ago. I've had the problem of PCOD for quite some time now and was on pills for the longest time. I was able to see a lot of difference while working with Nisha Maam . I have been suffering Gas, indigestion, acidity and severe bloating for ages. A sudden weight gain in 2019 made me wonder what is really wrong with my body. I have always been too conscious of what i eat, I used to try and eat healthy as much as i could but still faced issues i could not understand. I tried everything possible that was recommended by friends and family, be it ayurvedic or allopathy or home remedies, Nothing worked! I looked and felt pretty normal early morning and felt completely off and different by evening. I bloated about 3 to 4 inches every single day with clothes fitting well in the morning and then there was suffocation and total discomfort by evening.
