As a registered dietitian and wellness coach, my intention is to help women be independent and be able to take care of themselves in the best possible way. Over the years, I've seen so many women struggle with diets, restrictions, and endless "quick fixes." They try everything yet still feel bloated, tired, or stuck. The truth is, your body isn't a calculator to be controlled by food rules—it's an intelligent system guided by hormones, signals, and rhythms. Once you learn to listen to it, everything changes. My wellness program is designed keeping in mind holistic wellness and mindfulness.
I began my career working with renowned hospitals like Bombay Hospital, Tata Memorial, and Hinduja Hospital. While these years gave me immense clinical experience, I realized that most women reached hospitals when it was already too late. That’s when I shifted my focus to prevention and root-cause healing.
Today, I guide women to listen to their bodies, understand their symptoms, and create lasting wellness through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and emotional balance.
