I am a Registered Dietician, with masters in clinical nutrition and dietetics. I have an experience of 6 years of working in major hospitals in Mumbai like Bombay Hospital, Tata memorial hospital and PD Hinduja Hospital. After working in these hospitals, I started my independent practice in 2019 specialising in Gut and women’s wellness. My keen focus is on mindful eating, mindset rewiring and mediating change in food behaviour.
This is an 8 week self paced program, meaning, you can finish this program in 8 weeks on your own by listening to the pre-recorded videos by me. In these pre-recorded videos, you will find instructions provided by me like what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, how to plan meals, how to start your day and so on. But you also have the freedom to take one week extra, just in case you need more time to implement the changes. The program is available to you for a year, so you can revisit anytime you want
